SUPERINTENDENT MILLING OPERATION (AA ONLY)
PURPOSE: To ensure effective management and control of the Milling process to achieve maximum recovery in the most cost effective way, according to the company standards and production requirements.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Diploma/Degree in Extraction Metallurgy
• 5 Years’ experience in an extraction/production environment
• 3 Years’ experience in a supervisory position
• Valid SA Driver’s licence
• Successful completion of 2.6.1 Appointment (previous similar appoint advantageous)
• ONLY SA CITIZENS – this is an Affirmative Action appointment
• Preference to Female applicants.
• Position based in Limpopo province

KPA’S:
• Compile and manage budget
• Ensure productivity
• Manage projects
• Health & Safety compliance
• Liaise with internal and external clients
• Staffing management
• Development of personnel
• Admin duties
• Perform standby duties

REMUNERATION:
R700K TO R800K CTC
