SUPPLIER QUALITY ASSURANCE ENGINER

Minimum requirements:
• Bachelor Degree in Quality Management
• Qualified Toolmaker by trade advantageous
• 3 – 5 years’ experience in same area
• Excellent knowledge of Excel

Duties:
APQP Management for Serial Life products:
• Secure Serial Life transition, for New Programs, with ASQ
• Maintain PPAP files & perform periodic requalification, including R@R & Process Audit
Incoming inspection management:
• Responsible to define and setup Incoming Inspection instructions and planning
• Incoming inspection supervision for the plant
• Obtain from suppliers their control record
Supplier Claim management:
• Temporary Quality Wall implementation in order to protect the customer
• Issue the quality claim in QSS
• Suppliers action plan follow up and validation
• Drive escalation process in the event of no supplier response or critical claims
• Supplier charge-back management
Supplier Performance KPI:
Plant supplier PPM (monthly and 6MR)
• Red list management (coordinate with supply chain engineering and PC&L to integrate the delivery performance
• Worst supplier action plan follow up (monthly meeting)
• S/R securization rate
Suppliers follow-up:
• Follow up suppliers audit and special audit, following corrective action implementation
• Implementation of actions by suppliers on S/R characteristics not secured
• Supplier ECR management in Serial Life
