We are urgently looking for Supply Chain Administrators for our client based in the Western Cape in the Fleet Management industry.This is a 12 - 24 months contract.

MUST HAVE A VALID DRIVER'S LICENSE

MUST HAVE ACCOUNTING (SCHOOL OR TERTIARY)!

Duties & Responsibilities
Handle the activities of orders, purchases, receiving, storing and issuing of goods.
Administer and handle tender and contract information
Update the tender-, contract- and limited bid registers on a monthly basis
Maintenance of supplier database registers
Assist with aspects in the management of the asset register, including that of asset verifications
Procurement of office equipment and other supplies as a support service
Deal with receipt and settlement of invoices for goods and services received
Assist with financial reporting activities and perform actions in the execution of the activities

Desired Experience & Qualification
Grade 12 with accounting as a passed subject (OR accounting in tertiary qualfication)
Valid driver’s license. Own transport to/from and between operational sites
A minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience
Availability to work overtime, on weekends, and on a shift or rotational basis if required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Fluent in English - spoken, reading, and written

Package & Remuneration
Salary: R 286.68 per hour (min 172 hrs per month)
Contract: 12 - 24 months as an independent contractor
