RS Recruitment Services is assisting a rapidly expanding SHORT TERM INSURANCE MANAGEMENT SOFTWARE company, to recruit a SUPPORT CONSULTANT to be based in their offices near SANDTON, JHB.

JOB PURPOSE

To service and maintain Corporate clients and\or Insurer relations within the relevant applications based on insurer, UMA and relevant client and/or Insurer requirements.

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric
Short Term Insurance related qualifications (Not mandatory but will be beneficial)
Respectable understanding of software in terms of systems
Experience with short term insurance systems (Not required but will be beneficial)
Should be able to manage client relations
High level of computer literacy (Adept at understanding and working general software systems, Microsoft Outlook)
Fluent in English
Adept writing skills (For emails)
Own transport
Team player
Work well in a high-pressure environment
Highly communicative in working environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Maintaining existing clients
Bug reporting and query analysis
Quality assurance in terms of output
General system quality assurance
General system support
Driving deliveries with the development teams
Client training (Remotely)
