Job Title: Support Consultant (Spanish-Latin American)
Salary: R 20,000 – Negotiable
Area: Bryanston, Johannesburg
Description:
Company based in Bryanston is in urgent need of a Spanish Support Consultant to start as soon as possible!

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Identify, research, and resolve technical problems relating to all Scope products
• Respond rapidly and consistently to telephone calls and emails for technical problems
• Track and monitor issues to ensure a timely resolution while keeping the client updated at all times
• Understand and interpret customer questions and needs
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication
• Documents user’s problems through the use of a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool including opening, updating, documenting, and closing Support Tickets
• Conduct tests and inspections of products, services, and/or processes to evaluate quality of performance. Correct or notify the appropriate personnel of any operational errors
• Monitor and report on relevant activities and provide management information as required
• Attend training and develop relevant knowledge and skills for Scope products/solutions
• Assist in developing training materials and procedures, and/or training users in the proper use of Hardware and Software products
• Monitor performance and assist in maintaining application servers locally and internationally
Requirements:
• Valid Driver’s License
• Must speak fluent Spanish – Will be tested before interview
• Must speak fluent English
• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Tertiary Qualification (IT/Computing Advantageous)
• Previous experience in the Vehicle Tracking/Fleet Management environment is advantageous Understanding of Telematics technologies is beneficial
• Thorough experience utilizing Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
• Command of the English language (verbal and written)
• Ability to exercise good judgment to solve problems where the answer is not apparent
• Ability to handle and resolve recurring problems. Strong interpersonal skills – must be able to interact well with internal staff
• Requires excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Must be highly motivated and able to take initiative with little direction
• Ability to establish priorities, work independently and proceed with objectives without supervision

Experience:
• At least 3 years’ experience in relevant position
