Our company developed a unique software programme which is an all in one reservations, accounting and property management package for B&B’s, Lodges, Resort and Hotels.  Our head office is based in Pretoria from where we offer technical support to all our clients based all over the country.
 
We are seeking a support consultant for a permanent position.

Duties include;

 -  Overseeing support staff
-  Planning of daily schedules
· Technical support  (telephonic)
· Training (should be comfortable dealing with people in English and Afrikaans)
· Travelling to clients including Mozambique, Botswana etc.
 
Requirements;
 Must have experience in the workings of a Property Management System for the HOSPITALITY industry.
· Must have experience in reservations, point-of-sale, inventory and accounting  in the hospitality industry  (compulsory)
· Fluent in windows and excel (Mouse)
· Must be willing to use private vehicle for travelling purposes and have a valid driver’s license
· Salary will depend on qualifications and experiences obtained
· Good people skills
· Good administrative skills
