Fast growing ISP is urgently recruiting for a Support Consultant to join their team !

• Strong admin skills.
• Reception background/experience is welcome.
• Systems experience or technical background.
• Support/technical support/sales experience will be an advantage.
• Self-starter – does not need micro-managing.
• Needs to be confident when engaging with clients on calls – not recoil when the phone rings.
• This person will be doing demo’s for potential clients/sales leads so confidence and willing to learn the product and engage is a must.
• Strong phone and email etiquette.
• This person needs to be willing to learn what they don’t know..
