Our client requires the services of a suitably qualified, well-motivated and results driven candidate to take up the role of a Support Services Supervisor.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Build the brand of IT through service delivery and customer orientation
Perform the function of first escalation point for technical problems from the helpdesk
Oversee the technicians and ensure end users are receiving appropriate assistance
Manage procedure around the identification, prioritisation, resolution and communication of helpdesk tickets
Monitor, track and co-ordinate helpdesk functions
Facilitate inter departmental escalations as well as third party escalations from the helpdesk

Required minimum education and experience:

MCITP
(Microsoft Certified IT Professional)
or equivalent and ITIL (
Information Technology Infrastructure Library)
Foundation
At least 1 year in a supervisory position
Further IT qualifications
Experience in co-ordinating customer requirements, SLA Monitoring and maintenance on an ITIL based helpdesk and worked in a support role for at least 2 years with prioritization of requests
Advantageous: Office 365; Active Directory; Networking; Network Printing
