SURGICAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE
A fantastic opportunity for a Surgical Sales Representative to promote a range of Arthroplasty products to Hospitals in the Northern Suburbs Cape Town.

SKILLS & ABILITIES:
• Ability to market and sell Medical Devices and associated instruments to a varying audience, including Surgeons and Hospitals.
• Must possess a strong and dynamic personality.
• Strong work ethic and be self-motivated to drive successful interactions in a fast paced, highly technical sales environment.
• Ability to work in an Operating Room setting and be available on call.
• Ability to communicate with prospective customers as well as educate customers on product portfolio.
• Must be able to work with Doctors and Hospital staff to achieve superior surgical outcomes, while working within a team.
• Accomplish goals as well as build trust and respect among team members and the medical community.

Bachelor’s Degree, Medical Discipline or equivalent Diploma together with 2 years successful Sales experience in the Medical Device or related industry would be preferable.
Experience with OR products is preferred, particularly orthopedics.
Experience with problem solving and relationship building with surgeons and hospitals.
