A Surgical Company has a vacancy in Pretoria for a Surgical Sales Representative (Medical Equipment) to increase sales on equipment and upgrade current installed equipment to latest technology with the main target on Cataract and Vitreoretinal Accounts

Minimum Requirements:

Related tertiary qualification – good relate to technical background

One to three years sales experience in the surgical equipment environment.

Demonstrate high learning agility: able to learn new technology quickly.

Ability to develop customer relationships.

Target setting.

Excellent communication skills.

Effective time management.

Self-motivated and driven.

Able to work as part of a team and independently.

Must be proactive and diligent.

Valid driver’s licence.

Proficient on MS Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Focus on selling equipment and promoting products.

Increasing the number of equipment installed.

Manage demo equipment.

Solve any queries related to the equipment.

Conduct professional consulting and able to influence change of behaviour.

Must have deep understanding and knowledge of products.

Maintain the territory management system.

Various reporting requirements, such as: provide valuable and accurate field intelligence on a weekly basis
