Are you looking for new challenge? We are seeking a surgical ward experienced Senior Professional Nurse with strong leadership skills to assist with charge duties in Surgical Ward in an upmarket private facility in Cape Town southern suburbs

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with the supervision and coordination of personnel in the ward
• Involved in day-to-day administration of the unit
• Client service orientation
• In-service and on the job training
• Apply basic financial management principles
• Any other normal nursing duties as required

Applicants for this position must:

• Proof or Registration with SANC
• Preferably at least 3 years’ experience as a Professional Nurse in a Surgical unit
• Able to promote excellent patient care through mentoring and quality
• Able to handle conflict and have good interpersonal skills
