A leading forward-thinking, fast growing digital marketing company is currently looking to further expand their dynamic team with a Swedish Call Centre Agent, to join their Johannesburg offices.
As the Swedish Call Centre Agent, you will primarily be responsible for assisting all Swedish users/clients telephonically and providing support.

Job duties include:
• Assists with overflow for English speaking customers (secondary language)
• Responds to incoming customer queries via all contact mediums (call, live chat and email)
• Ensures that all communication (in Swedish and English) with our users/clients is of the required/expected quality
• Ensures that all communication and volume received is dealt with and responded to in the required timeframe and manner
• Assists VIP Hosts (when necessary) with Swedish translations and / or correspondence
• Monitors Internal Systems and informs the Floor Manager if these systems are not operating correctly
• Enhances and improves customer experience and relationships

Requirements:
• 2 - 3 years customer care experience preferably from a high contact environment.
• Must be fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken, preferably as a first language.
• Above average English communication, both written and spoken.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and must have excellent telephonic and written communication ability.
• Intermediate computer literacy (specifically MS Office and internet applications).
• Moderate typing skill/accuracy, in Primary Language (average 30 WPM with 90% accuracy).
• Strong attention to detail and distinct ability to identify and solve problems.
