As the Swedish speaking Customer Service Agent in Cape Town, South Africa your job will require you to assist all Swedish users/clients telephonically and providing support. You will respond to incoming customer queries via all contact mediums (call, live chat and email), ensure that all communication (in Swedish and English) with their users/clients is of the required/expected quality, and ensure that all communication and volume received is dealt with and responded to in the required timeframe and manner

Requirements for this Swedish speaking Customer Service Agent job in Cape Town, South Africa will include:

- Some customer service experience
- Must be fluent in Swedish, both written and spoken, preferably as a first language
- Above average English communication, both written and spoken
