SYSPRO Consultant / Developer Northern Suburbs Cape Town

Our Client is looking for a SYSPRO Support Consultant to deal with clients SYSPRO Queries / Support in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town

Min Requirements
• Matric
• SYSPRO Certified Advantage but not a must
• Experience with SYSPRO
• Dealing with SYSPRO queries and support
• Knowledge about how the SYSPRO V6 – 7 works to be able to assist customers phoning in with errors and queries

Job Description
• Provide support to customers remotely, telephone, e-mail
• Mange support calls from customer efficiently and effectively
• Replicate errors and analyse problems
• Track faults, diagnose problems and establish solutions
• Provide feedback to customers
• Document errors when required for Syspro Head Office
• Assist with procedure and process documentation
• Monitor and manage SQL Maintenance SLA’s
• Drive for optimal call closure
• Ensure timesheets are recorded accurately;
• Adhere to timesheet submission rules;
• Follow up outstanding log sheets not signed by client
• Drive for optimal call closure per month
