Our client is in the document control industry and is looking for System support person to assist client with installation and system support of there software.
Need to have SQL Database administration experience, own car and drivers license
Grade 12.

§ Minimum 2 years’ experience in systems support.

§ Knowledge of SQL database administration

§ Code 08 driver’s license & own vehicle
To attend to and resolve all systems support requests.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

Process Management

§ Responds to internal and external calls for systems support.

§ Trains users on the correct implementation and utilisation of the Datastor system.

§ Resolves user related queries.

§ Assists with the initial set-up and upgrading of the Datastor system.

§ Performs detailed data analysis of all queries for escalation to developers.

§ Reports system errors to developers for resolution.

§ Resolves and closes daily support calls received.

People Management

§ Ensures that staff is trained, skilled and that their expertise is optimally applied.

§ Ensures that the working environment contributes to improve staff morale and increase productivity.
