Our client in the La Mercy area is recruiting for a System Administrator, to manage the cargo logistics systems and the associated information to facilitate the allocation of resources for the effective delivery of processed cargo


Develop, implement and control shift rosters and make adjustments where required.

Assist Cargo Operations Manager in procurement processes.

Review time and attendance records and timesheets and report to management monthly

Implement ICT Governance processes and procedures.

Control system clean-up and master data validation including updating and maintaining databases ;

Perform the role of "super user", including system hierarchy maintenance and system access control

Conduct regular new and refresher training sessions for employees on Cargo systems


A minimum of 3- 5 years' experience in a logistics environment

Preference will be given to candidates with relevant IT and IT Systems experience, and/or IT qualifications

MS Office at an intermediate level, in particular MS Word, MS Excel and MS Powerpoint;

Effective written and verbal communication skills;

Project Management skills;

Database Skills

Code EB/ Code 08 driver’s licence
