My client based in Sandton is seeking a dynamic individual with 5 years experience in Compass system maintenance. Call us today if you have Compass experience

Maintenance and enhancement of Compass system
Implement process enhancements on the system
Deal with and resolve queries that result from processing errors
Setting up of the system to ensure that new product launches can be implemented
Implementation and application of any system upgrades on the Compass system
Ensure that the changes are tested prior to implementation.
Test the system and approve the changes, once comfortable with the development work.
Document and report on any customization as well as current workflow and projects.
Provide the development team with specs for system development purposes.
Model processes embedded within Compass using BPM techniques.
Project management role for any of the above activities

Qualifications and experience
Degree / Diploma IT
Business Analysis Diploma
SQL Certification an advantage
5 years’ experience in Compass System Maintenance and Business Analysis
Agile project experience
Compass data modelling and writing of SQL to analyze Compass data
Service-oriented design and business process modelling techniques

Salary is negotiable on experience
