Systems Engineer - (Windows Server, AD, VMware, AntiVirus, Citrix support)

Our client is a dynamic international call center who specialises in remote support. They are currently recruiting for a Tier 2 Systems engineer.

Duties will include:
Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve incidents
Perform root cause analysis and remediation of problem records
Implement infrastructure changes
Assist with the implementation of projects
Perform proactive maintenance, regular health checking and performance management
Liaise and closely work with ITIL process based teams such as Incident Management, Change Management and Problem Management
Use ITSM toolsets for tracking all work progress

Experience and Qualifications required:
Minimum 4 year Windows Server experience
Server Hardware Management experience - HP/Dell/IBM; IIS Server; ISA/TMG Server;Active Directory (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, etc.)
VMWare ESXi 5 or higher
MCSE 2008 or higher
VMware ESXi 5.5 or higher
