Talent Acquisition Manager:
Global FMCG Services

To take overall responsibility and accountability for the Group talent acquisition and sourcing strategy. To manage and guide the Talent Acquisition team to source and develop talent pipelines across a diverse set of functional disciplines across the business internationally. To play a pivotal role in consulting with HR, Operations and Learning & Development teams to continually deliver comprehensive support and talent sourcing best practice and strategy across the business.

Development and Implementation of World Class Talent Acquisition Strategies

Provision of Best Practice Sourcing Methodologies

Effective Management and Support of International Talent Acquisition Procedures

Effective Reporting

Effective Leadership and Team Management

Effective Self-Management

Relevant Honours Degree in Human Resources or Industrial Psychology qualification

10 Years+ managerial experience; 8 years recruitment experience within a corporate environment. HR Generalist experience desirable.

FMCG or Retail experience essential
