Requirements

? Completed matric
? Formal wine training (E.g. Cape Wine Academy)
? 4 Years’ experience in a similar position
? Experience of EZY programme or similar
? MS Office skills
? Good knowledge of the wine industry
? Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English
? Need to have good organisation and line management skills
? Need to have experience of commercial sales and related financial transactions and administration

Duties

? Overall management and responsibility of the tasting room
? Sales of wines
? Present wine tastings
? Reception of visitors
? Managing client relations and undertake cellar and vineyard tours
? Stock and cash flow management
? Manage the tasting room admin on the EZY programme
