Qualifications:
National Senior Certificate
ESM tools systems administrator qualification (vendor certified) and preferably also qualifications in Unix, Linux and Wintel domain technologies.
Knowledge
• Excellent understanding of the ESM technology domains.
• BMC tool expertise an advantage.
• Good proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Good business writing and reporting skills.
• Must know how to provide technical leadership to a small & team in a co-working relationship
Experience
• 5years experience in the administration and use of ESM applications in a large enterprise.
• Demonstrable track record.
• Leading a small specialist team.
Good understanding of the ITIL framework.
Excellent general understanding of ESM.
