A well established client of ours within the Gauteng , JHB CBD area is in need of a Sotho Team leader Customer service orientated within the health care environment.

To ensure that SLA's with clients are compliant and agreed upon
Manage and ensure quality communication and written outbound
to motivate the team and ensure that deadlines
Problem Solving
Giving sufficient training as needed or when required

Grade 12
Have tertiary qualification diploma/degree 3 year or in the 3rd year
Experience of medical administration 3 to 5 years and a managed care experience
Must be fluent in Enlish and Sotho
Great Leadership skills
