What you will be responsible for:

* Training of HR RF Technicians in the Army Communication environment
* Scheduling repairs between company and dedicated resources in the Army Communications workshop
* Assisting with part management for Army Communications repairs
* Testing and fault fining of HF RF equipment up to component level
* Testing of Combat Systems
* Testing and fault finding of analogue and digital circuitry up to component level
* Perform Acceptance Test, Environmental Stress and Screening according to procedures
* Compilation and timeous updating of Repair Job card’s and maintenance files.

Your skills, experience and qualifications
* At least 3 years’ experience in the technical management environment
* At least 15 years working experience in an HF electronics test and repair environment
* Must have knowledge and experience in the Military Radio repair environment
* Must be able to use test equipment in fault detection and analysis
* Must be able to work under minimal supervision
* Must have previous technical management experience in the HF Army Communications environment
* Must have sound knowledge on HR RF technology
* Must have sound knowledge on digital and analogue technology
* Must be able to use test instrumentation in fault finding and fault analysis.

Qualifications

* N4 or equivalent
