The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the pack floor/crating department to pack automotive parts productively and according to cut off times in accordance with quality standards.

Minimum Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year Team Leader experience.
• Experience within the automotive industry.
• Proven communication skills.
• Ability to work long hours, weekends and overtime when required.
• SAP working experience.
• Continuous improvement and coaching skills.
• Grade 12 / Standard 10 Certificate - Non Negotiable
• Basic: MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook

Duties:
• Report on attendance at start of shift.
• Communicate to team in morning meetings to highlight concerns for previous day and what the team must focus on for that day.
• Lead the team to adhere to rules, Policy and code of conduct.
• Maintain housekeeping standards.
• Maintain Quality standards.
• Manage productivity.
• Man the routes correctly to ensure that we meet cut off times.
• Goods issue (invoice) dealers per cut off time.
