The ideal candidate must be self-driven, hardworking fast learner with a good work ethics

Requirements include:
• Matric
• Trade Test
• Technical Qualification
• Relevant Technical experience in a bottling plant, as well as 5-10 years' experience in a production environment
• Knowledge and understanding of HACCP and quality in a production environment
• Good understanding of the manufacturing process and product handling knowledge.

As team leader you will need:
Basic computer, numerical and administration skills
Technical ability to do first line maintenance and basic problem solving
Good communication skills in English and Afrikaans
Ability to work individually and in a team
Ability to identify problems and give attention to detail
You must be able to work overtime and over weekends, when operationally required.
