A company in Rosslyn Pretoria is urgently looking for a Team Leader (Supervisor) with the following:

REQUIREMENTS:

National Diploma - Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Engineering (B Tech/Bsc).

Between 2-3 years experience in Manufacturing Environment (Preferably in Automotive -
added advantage) as a Team Leader/ Supervisor (Management), with experience in
Implementation & Maintenance of World Class Manufacturing (WCM) principles
- ( 5S/6 Sigma / Lean Manufacturing / Waste Management / Manufacturing
Reporting).

Experience of CMC Machines would be an added advantage.

Must be able to work shifts ( 8 hours).

Own transport to and from work place.

SKILLS:

Excellent in communicating on all levels.

Experience in Personnel Management Shift Scheduling Time sheets and Discipline.

Must have experience in Work Etiquette and be good in prioritising Skills/Time Management.

Must have excellent Computer Skills(Microsoft Package).
