Our Client, a tourism company specializing in destination management, travel services and accommodation, is currently seeking a Team Manager to manage the Indian Department of the company.


KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS:
• Management of staff
• Training and development of staff
• Department profitability
• Business efficiency and quality control
• Client & Supplier liaison and the ability to build relationships
• SA & Regional Product knowledge
• Experience in F.I.T’s & Groups
• Detailed design of itineraries & tailor-making abilities
• Supplier negotiations
• The candidate needs to be available to go on sales trips, as well

REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent knowledge and skills for tailor-making itineraries
• Problem solving skills
• Good inter-personal skills
• Computer skills: Tourplan an advantage, Excel, Outlook & Word
• Work well under pressure
• Team Player


ATTRIBUTES:

SALARY:
• R25, 000 – R27, 000pm
