Roles and Responsibilities
• Technical sales support internally and externally – not sales
• Customer presentations to distributors, channel partners, security consultants and major clients.
• Tender preparation and response.
• On-site commissioning of systems.
• Site audits
• Maintain technical records
• Modular repairs
• Troubleshooting, fault-finding and testing access control components

Skill Set
• Tertiary qualification in Electronics or IT or combined
• 5+ years’ experience in security systems or information technology environment.
• Project management experience.
• Security industry knowledge.
• Electrical engineering knowledge.
• IT industry knowledge.
• Tender preparation and response knowledge.
