Qualification:

BSc/B.Eng in Electrical Engineering

PR.ENG (essential)

Skills & Experience:

Design experience within building services / consulting engineering sector

Ability to communicate at all levels and oversee or sign off designs and completed projects

Previous experience with the subcontractors and contractors on site, lead site meetings, compiling of tender documentation and control cost and/or budgets

Lighting, power layouts, BMS systems, access control and CCTV including LV + MV Reticulation

Proven track record of projects completed

Hotels, office blocks, retail and warehousing

Supervising and mentoring Senior, Junior Engineers and Draughtsman
