RedCat Recruitment is a seeking a suitably qualified and experienced a TECHNICAL, FACILITIES & SERVICES SENIOR MANAGER for a medical concern based in Pretoria.



REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
BEng – Mechanical Engineer or equivalent.
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
Clinical engineering experience.
Facilities and services.
IT support and infrastructure.
Telecommunication and connectivity.
Printing solutions / services.
Knowledge of hospital related equipment, HVAC, reticulated pipeline systems, compressors, boilers, generators, air-conditioners, UPS and electrical systems.
Responsible for safety, health and environment management of the medical concern.
Extensive experience in multi-disciplinary maintenance environment.
Experience in planned maintenance, budgets, asset management and financial control.
Sound working knowledge of all facets associated with building maintenance.
Working experience in a medical concern / hospital would be a very strong advantage.
