Duties:

Effectively manage the Technical hotline for all company brands
Support customers with catalogue-related queries
Support customers with stock availability queries
Process and adjudicate all claims sent to the warehouse from the various regions in accordance with the Company guidelines
Compile written reports on claims assessed for distribution to area managers and customers
Support area managers with supplying loose components to customers where applicable
Co-ordinate stock rotations received from customers and ensure stock rotations are done to company procedures
Facilitate annual stock rotations on group sourced products, preparing and checking stock for acceptability to return.

Requirements:

Automotive trade or mechanical qualification
Minimum 5 years sales experience in automotive technical support or related area
Sound knowledge of clutch operation, correct fitment procedures and trouble shooting
Computer literate (SAP, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint at an intermediate or higher level)
Must be able to communicate in an extremely professional manner
Must be able to handle conflict with ease
Effective administrator

Salary: Negotiable, based on experience
