Requirements:
- Grade 12
- National Diploma / Degree in Engineering
- Extensive experience in managing a multi-disciplined department within the automotive industry
- Sound knowledge and experience with Health and Safety essential
- Working knowledge of TS16949 Quality Management Systems
- Computer literate
- Comprehensive understanding of the financial business aspects of a business
- Knowledge and experience in communications with OEM's
- Welding and pressing experience essential
- Fluency in Spanish or German is essential

Responsibilities:
- Ensure timeous completion of RFQ process
- Tracking and management of project / task budget, timeline and quality of delivery
- Tracking and management of resource availability and scheduling on assigned projects
- Execution of master project schedule
- Facilitation of communications and negotiation within the technical team
- Controlling the risk management of various projects
- Project feasibility studies
- Manage pricing agreements
