Requirements:
- Grade 12
- BSc in Mechanical / Electrical / Chemical Engineering
- Completed GCC
- Minimum 15 years' experience in Facilities / Maintenance Management / Engineering, Manufacturing and / or Validation Management
- Excellent knowledge of engineering, maintenance, industrial engineering manufacturing & validation processes
- Ability to lead and manage people
- General understanding of the FMCG / pharmaceutical industry

Responsibilities:
- Plans and directs all aspects of engineering activities within the plant
- Ensure effective management of departmental capital expenditure and resources
- Ensure that all process and product quality of the departments meet agreed customer standards
- Optimise asset usage
- Ensure compliance with all relevant legislative standards
- Improve all service quality systems
- Plan, schedule and administer maintenance plans
- Manage CAPEX, budget and improve maintenance expenditure to ensure optimal life cycle of equipment
- Ensure that all applicable Area, Equipment Qualification / Process / Cleaning Validation are completed throughout the site
- Implement all projects aligned to business strategies
