Our Client based in Linbro Park is looking for a Technical Manager to join their team.

Salary: R15k - R20k

Qualification & Experience Required:

• Degree/ Diploma Electrical/Electronics'
• 2-5 years technical management experience within consumer electronic envirionment 
• Must have strong Excel skills (will form part of reports)
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Strong interview skills (department will be his/hers to grow)
• Experience is repairing cell phones and tablets
• Well-spoken, confident, stern and strong personality

Duties:

• Oversee the technicians (4 to 5 staff)
• Set up and monitor the pre and post testing stations
• Ensure productivity is maintained
• Repair devices (as and when needed)
• Draft policies and procedures for the technical department
• Work flow
• Document flow
• Report on daily, weekly and monthly activities/repairs
• Other reports will be implemented
