JOB DESCRIPTION:

• To assist the sales team to prepare PPAP reports as defined by customer requirements
• To perform routine departmental process audits and develop team members to achieve compliance to group processes
• To update in conjunction with the group quality manager all branch processes to become relevant to prevailing ISO requirements
• To ensure that the branch is fully compliant on all ISO standards
• To assist with BBBEE standards
• To perform supplier assessments as per ISO requirements and develop suppliers to achieve business needs.
• To implement and maintain the CAR and quarantine processes.

REQUIREMENTS / SKILLS:

• EE candidate - preferable
• Young graduate mechanical engineer
• Own vehicle
• Experience in SABS ISO systems
• Advanced level experience in automotive PPAP preparation - up to level 3
• Experience in process and quality audits - both in house and at customer sites
• Problem solving - root cause analysis and Corrective action reports
