Follow Recruitment Process Flow and ensure implementation and adherence to the new Recruitment Management System
Preparing File packs if and when needed for various sites
Perform accurate reference checks, academic checks (if requested to do so), and criminal checks etc. using these as a guideline for eliminating “problem candidates” from the database
Maintain and capture Ax with employees details when needed
Sourcing of suitable candidates for blue collar recruitment in Engineering and EPCM industries (i.e. Mechanical, Electrical, Boilermaking, Instrumentation, Welding), using the existing database and external avenues.
Screening responses received and formally conducting adequate interviews.
Obtaining written consent from potential candidates for conducting reference checks and performing the actual reference checks
Ensuring that Obligations of Capital Africa to clients are met in terms of employee productivity, meeting targets, negligence and not following company procedures
Ensuring temporary staff complete and sign all relevant documents e.g. Contract of employment and confidentiality agreements
Maintaining client relationships by ensuring that our clients are satisfied at all times.
Placing adverts timorously according to client requirements
Sourcing and securing temporary staff for placement as and when required by the client
Formatting of CV’s (typing) when needed but will be assisted.

Looking for experienced Engineering Recruitment Consultants minimum of 4-5 years with 1-2Years in Engineering Recruitment (Blue Collar and White Collar)

Matric
HR Diploma / APSO Entrance Exam
MS Word & Excel skills
Drivers license and own car essential
Team player
Ability to use initiative and work independently
Work towards deadlines and under pressure
Good communication skills
