RedCat Recruitment is seeking a TECHNICAL SALES / MARKETING MANAGER for an international concern – position based in the Johannesburg area.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Marketing or Engineering degree ESSENTIAL!
Good computer skills (MS Office, internet, email).
Minimum 5 years experience as a Senior Commercial Representative in a complex
international environment.
Previous experience in the Automotive Manufacturing environment an added advantage.
Responsibilities will include sales, customer management, and profit and loss for defined sales region. Own and lead sales, budget, strategic and customer channel strategy planning process for the sales region.

Proven sales track record.
This position would suit someone with strong leadership and negotiation skills, the ability to identify opportunities, strong business acumen, business strategy, planning and goal setting skills. The ability to manage, coach and lead intact and virtual teams to achieve common goals and objectives.
The ideal candidate will possess strong oral and written communication skills with outstanding organizational skills.
Person must reside in the Johannesburg area or be willing to relocate.

Salary offered: Negotiable depending on qualifications and experience
