What the person must be able to do:

This role is in the Mechanical Seals Manufacturing sector. All duties would take place in this context.

* Sell product into Oil & Gas, Mining, Refineries and Manufacturing Industries
* Cold call and network to gain new leads
* Work and grow existing customer base
* Work with agents and resellers
* Work in South East African Countries: Tanzania, Malawi, Angola, Mozambique

Key Job Deliverables:

* Attain sales target of R420K per month
* Grow revenue by 20% per annum
* Remain in contact with customers by visiting the countries every second week

Background work experience:

* 3 years Sales of Engineering and Technical Products like Seals or Valves
* 3 years Technical Problem Analysis
* 3 years Proposing Solutions to Technical Problems
* 3 years Sales in South Eastern Africa: Tanzania, Malawi, Angola, Mozambique
* Technical Qualification
* Ability to Sell Engineering Products to Technical Customers
* Selling technical products which are used in factory processes e.g. Seals, Valves
* Dealing with customer's maintenance team to understand their technical challenges
* Proposing solutions to technical problems, like the correct valve, pump or seal
* Selling products in South Eastern Africa, dealing with customers and agents resident in these locations
* Advantageous: Specific experience in seal sales
