Technical Sales Representative

Educational Requirements:
Matric
Relevant qualification

Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ Technical sales experience
Target & goal focused
Technically Minded
Must have a proven sales track record
Computer literate, MS Office, especially well versed on Excel
Valid Driver’s license & own transport

Responsibilities:
Sourcing & identifying new sales opportunities (To Architects / developments etc.)
Cold calling
Building & maintaining strong customer relationships
Negotiating contracts & tender terms
Calculating quotes
Providing Pre-sales technical assistance & product education
After sales support and provide technical backup when needed
Technical presentations & demonstrations to potential clients
Arrange & conduct product training
Reporting
Meeting sales targets & deadlines
Supporting marketing events such as trade shows, conferences etc.
Travelling to various customers across Gauteng
Ensuring full sales cycle
Weekly client visits
General Admin

Additional information:
Salary R10 000 – R15 000 +- basic (gross) + comm & petrol
Laptop & cell phone provided
Sales & target driven
Valid License & own transport & willing to travel
6-month probation with benefit contributions thereafter
