Our client in the dynamic HVAC Industry requires an Internal Sales Representative. Randburg

Duties:

HVAC Sales to International clients
Invoicing clients
Assist with answering incoming calls
Assist with telephonic quotations
Assist clients with product selections via phone
Type / Fax / Email quotations
Follow-up on quotes for existing and new projects not yet ordered
Follow-up on delivery dates for existing orders to be delivered
Follow-up on courier POD’s
Follow-up on pro-forma invoice to clients for payments within 14 days from date of order.
Manage despatch and receiving of Gauteng stock
Balance Gauteng stock levels
Assist external sales people in all aspects of sales, reporting and information
Recommend alternate products should we be in out of stock situation.
Determine customer needs and re-act accordingly
Coordinate shipping schedules and delivery of merchandise and services.

Requirements:

Matric or degree
Technical Sales Experience (non-negotiable)
Experience in HVAC an advantage
Export Knowledge or experience
Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to develop and deliver presentations. Ability to
create, compose, and edit written materials.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Knowledge of advertising and sales promotion techniques.
Possibly travelling to African countries
Salary: R 14 000 – R 16 000, plus medical aid; pension and commission
