Introduction
Our SA client whom has a global footprint who provides a specific Electrical solution within industries such as power, petrochemical, FMCG, Food & Beverage markets, Cosmetics, Bitumen and renewable industries requires the skills and expertise of a Technical Sales Representative

• This Candidate will work very closely with the design engineers and the day to day sales team
• The Typical Sales opportunities vary from R 50k – R 500k / R 1 million – R 2 million 
• The Typical Annual Sales Targets is between R 10 – R 15 million per annum

Key Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate / Matric
• Technical Electrical Qualification from a recognised institution 
• Sales and Marketing certificates will be an added advantage 
• Must have a Strong sales background within a technical / engineering environment preferred
• 5+ years’ experience within an electrical environment – Ideally Sasol, Eskom and EPC or from Industries specified from above 
• 3 – 4 years’ experience in a presales / technical sales environment 
• Ability to understand client’s requirements and then to specify and provide the solution in order for it to be design by the engineer and the to be presented to the client with the sales person
• Ability to articulate the solution at both a business level and technical level
• COLD calling 
• Business development 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong presentation skills and professional appearance
• Ability to engage in a charismatic way
• Experience and knowledge of the EPC environments 
• Technical Presentations
• Training both internally and externally
