Job Summary:

• Effectively work with Microsoft Office applications and ERP / CRM software
• Strong sales skills

• Can suggest and implement unconventional ideas for business development
• Possess a Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Tribology training / certification
• 3-5 years in sales of food grade lubricants, mechanical equipment or technical sales
Your duties will include:
• Follow strategy for conventional and specialised (e.g. food grade, aviation) lubricants distribution
• Initiate contact with potential customers in the industry
• Develop and maintain relationships with your key accounts
• Focus sales efforts by understanding existing and potential volume of customers
• Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, etc.
• Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions and making recommendations
• Maintain a strong understanding of product technical specifications to answer specific customer questions
• Conduct customer/partner training
• Acquire knowledge of new products being introduced by suppliers
• Become a valuable and helpful resource in all of your dealings with customers
