Position : Technical Sales

Core Competencies & Abilities:

• Good general knowledge of pump application engineering concepts and mechanical engineering

• Good understanding of pump fundamentals, pumps operations and pumps components

• Well versed in pump installation, servicing, and commissioning

• Hands on experience in pump sales, pump seals, pump mechanics, and pump engineering

• Possess excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills

• Result oriented with strong organizational skills

• Responsible for developing and implementing pump sales strategies to reach potential customers

• Handle the tasks of visiting customers to gather requirements and application of pump

• Perform responsibilities of checking systems to identify the exact requirement that will meet the application requirement

• Assigned the tasks of preparing proposals and other technical documents that guides customer on the provided pump

• Responsible for solving pump issues and upgrading spare parts by coordinating with product engineers

• Provide timely responses to both internal and external customers.

• Ensure quality of engineering/service support at customer sites.

• Facilitate sales growth associated with parts and upgrades at key customers.

• Organize and ensure regular communication with key customers in designated territory.

• Must be willing to travel
