We are looking for 2 call centre people. The will be receiving calls from clients and then giving the calls to the technicians.
The requirements are:
You must have call centre or service controller experience.
Must have experience in a technical field, eg. copiers ,printers, pabx other technical.
Must be well spoken
Must be customer service oriented.
Incentives over and above the basic are paid.
