Mining engineering company is looking for Technical Service Manager in Boksburg to join the team that has very strong mechanical engineering experience on earth moving and mining equipment that can give sound technical assistance to clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

Matric

Mechanical Engineer Degree

Project Management Diploma

Experience:

Min 12 – 15yrs exp as mechanical engineer with service management skills in mining environment on earth moving and mining equipment

Mine liaison

Trial coordination

Service delivery and mine coordination

Technical advice

Establish and maintain current and new contract on sites

Management and recruitment of technical team

Staff resource management

Strong planning ability

Budget control

Technical specialist

Very sound knowledge on projects / equipment and processes

Skills

Highly organised and self-motivated

Good interpersonal, facilitation and conflict management

Excellent interpersonal as well as planning and organizational skills

Good analytical experience

Demonstrate initiative and resourcefulness in an unstructured environment

Drive continuous improvement and change management

Able to perform under very pressurised environment
