Our client, a leading international Pharmaceutical company is looking for an experienced and qualified Technical Services Manager for their
Head Office in Aeroton in Johannesburg.

Job Purpose

Responsible for research and technical analyses, supporting the relevant business manager’s portfolios and capital equipment. Managing and supervising the work of technicians, developing project proposals, ensuring the technical quality of the various deliverables of the project while understanding the political and strategic aspects of it- contributing to staff development and leadership.

Required Learning

Engineering qualification
5 Years’ managerial experience in technical department in pharmaceutical or medical industry

Key Job Output

Managing a portfolio of projects
Being involved and providing input in the development of project proposal for the relevant proactive work, and where relevant, providing ideas for the development of the due process projects
Presenting and submitting the various deliverables to the relevant business managers for review and approval
Ensuring the technical quality of the various projects deliverables, while understanding the wider risks associated with the work, including the strategic aspects of it;
Representing the company at external meetings in pursuit of Adcotech objectives;
