Our Client within Telecommunications Services based in Johannesburg North is looking for Technical Support Analyst to join their team.

Salary: R35kpm CTC

Qualification & Experience Required:

• IT Qualification & Microsoft Certification
• 3-5 years system support experience within telecommunications industry
• Microsoft SQL Management Studio
• SQL Database Maintenance
• Configuration of Java Application

Duties:

• Perform operations, configuration and maintenance on production systems
• Track, manage and report on incidents
• Conduct SQL scripting and DB maintenance
• Identify enhancements to improve supportability, operability and performance of systems
• Ensure SLAs are met for external and internal clients in terms of mean time to respond and mean time to resolve issues
• Maintain the internal servers and perform day-to-day IT admin tasks
• Provide after-hours support according to a standby schedule
