We are a growing ICT company in Ndabeni who require energetic and vibrant Technical Support Consultants that has a natural flair for customer service excellence and that are available immediately to support our communication devices in the field by providing efficient online and telephonic customer services in a small call centre based environment. This includes remote assistance to our Field Technicians with installing, removing and troubleshooting routers and other peripheral devices.
Non-negotiable requirements: at least two years’ experience in a customer service support centre environment, with proper phone etiquette and ability to speak and type clearly and accurately using proper grammar; along with knowledge of basic network protocols and installation of ADSL routers.
A technical related certificate (i.e. A+/N+) will be advantageous.
This position requires shift work. Own transport is required.
This position starts with a 3-month training contract and the position becomes permanent once the training is completed successfully.
Starting salary R8 000 - R10 000, depending on experience and qualifications.
