Requirements:

B.Engineering (Mechanical Engineer) or grade 12 with formal artisan qualification
SOund machine and component operational knowledge
5 years previous of Condition Monitor/Tech Rep with track record of leading a team successfully
Problem solving. Analytical thinking and judgement. Numerical reasoning. Building relationships and networking/liaison. Customer responsiveness
Track record in leading/managing people in a team-based and participative environment
Track record of successful machine systems troubleshooting including oil sample results interpretation and machine health systems (VIMS, Site Severity, ET and FPO)
Basic acumen and financial acumen
