Technical Support
We are currently seeking a “technical savvy” person to assist with Technical Support functions. The ideal applicant must be a people’s person who is able to think on their feet.
Requirements:
• Grade 12
• IT qualification – beneficial
• Computer programming background – advantageous
• Advanced Excel skills (will be tested)
• Excellent communication skills both verbally and written
• Technically minded and able to problem solve
• Valid Driver’s licence and own reliable transport
Duties will include, but aren’t limited to:
• Internal & External client liaison
• Meet with clients, assess their needs, offer a solution on the spot, and apply your product knowledge.
• Make sure that all activities are monitored and executed
• Convert spreadsheets from clients into the appropriate format to be ready for programming
• Attend to technical call-ins regarding syncing / hardware / setup problems
